Abstract

 

This research paper reviewed the causes of employees'resistance to organisational change and managerial tools that can be employed to overcome such resistance. Extensive studies showed that there are countless reasons why employees might resist change, which could border onindividual personality,and lack of trust in the organisation'svision or the management team. The paper also reviewed how managers apply change theories to effectively employees' resistance during organisational change.
